Our premium-quality PTFE self-adhesive Teflon sheet is specifically designed for use on UPVC welding machines, providing excellent non-stick performance and outstanding durability in high-temperature applications.

Supplied in convenient 5 metre × 1 metre rolls, this format is ideal for workshop use, helping to minimise waste while ensuring fresh material is always available when needed.

Widely used throughout the UPVC window and door manufacturing industry, this PTFE sheet prevents molten PVC from adhering to the welding machine's hot plate during the corner welding process. It is also suitable for a variety of industrial applications requiring a heat-resistant, non-stick surface, including plastic processing, mould release, and other manufacturing processes involving elevated temperatures.

For optimum adhesion and long-lasting performance, we recommend applying the material to a warm hot plate. This helps achieve a smooth bond and reduces the risk of trapped air or bubbling.
